This is definitely a very helpful thing. If you subscribe (via www.hobbyworld.tv) you can watch tons of videos showing lots of ideas on how to create your own miniatures. My absolute favorite is the late Joyce Dean, she was a real miniaturist at heart. I made a lot of items with her help, it's all about the know-how.
